Sears has been named one of the Top 10 Customer Service Champions for 2014 by Prosper Insights & Analytics. Sears came in at number eight, moving up six spots from last year’s ranking.
The 2014 Customer Service Champions were chosen based off a survey taken by more than 6,000 shoppers during the third quarter of 2014. One of our Sears shoppers’ noted in the survey, “The associates that work in their departments all seem to be very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Which as a consumer I personally find very helpful at times.”
