OVERVIEW
There are opportunities for top talent to join Sears Holdings no matter what discipline you want to work in. BUILD is a one year program for Masters graduates who are looking to make an immediate impact within a specific business unit. The program helps SHC grow strong leaders and allows the members to establish the skill sets needed to enable rapid career growth. BUILD members are placed into a full time role within a Business Unit and are expected to drive work at a fast pace in a fast paced environment. The goal of the program is to help accelerate your development into senior roles in the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES >>
- Analysis: Uses analytical techniques to improve decision making: modeling, situation analysis, and problem diagnosis and results/operations analysis.
- Project Management: Establishes and manages timelines, resource needs, costs and risks associated with project completion.
- Planning: Develops realistic plans, action items, accountabilities and timetables for projects and assignments.
- Development: Develops strategies to gain support on business initiative recommendations.
