OVERVIEW
We are focused on hiring the best and brightest talent, and developing this talent rapidly through accelerated career paths. As part of this effort, we recently created the Technology Leadership Development Program. This program is designed to recruit highly talented, innovative and motivated Masters Degree candidates from top universities and technical programs. Members of this program will bring strategic leadership, acute awareness of emerging technology and incredible energy and enthusiasm to lead the strategic effort of the company and manage high-priority and high-potential initiatives from inception to execution across our Technology Businesses. Members must also be willing to take on a number of different roles within their job and act as a catalyst for change. Program Members should be solutions-oriented, customer-focused, detailed, analytical, flexible and possess a start-up mentality.

PROGRAM DESIGN

  • Two Business Unit rotations
    • Information Technology Business Unit- project based role in IT Strategy and Architecture designed to improve a current process/system or introduce and implement a transformational technology/system/thinking for the business and its clients.
    • Online Business Unit- project based role in Online Strategy, Infrastructure & Operations designed to improve a current process/system or introduce and implement a transformational technology/system/thinking specifically targeting an internal business unit client.
  • Permanent placement in an operating or support business unit- program members obtain a senior level technical position and apply transformational, new-age, efficient and cost-effective information technology/online/social commerce thinking into everything that we do.
